  • Where is your service area?

We service the majority of east-central Illinois. Our coverage extends west to the edge of Mahomet and Champaign, east all the way to Oakwood and Danville, north up to Rantoul and Thomasboro, and south to Villa Grove and Tuscola. If you're looking for a dog poop scooper service in any of these areas, call Pet Waste Wizard today!
  • Do you offer services in the winter?

Yes, we provide year-round pet waste removal services. While severe weather events may occasionally require slight schedule adjustments, we maintain our normal pooper scooper service schedule as much as possible. Dog waste doesn't stop accumulating during cold weather, and we don't stop, either. If they're still pooping, we're still scooping! Without winter service, waste can build up quickly and make the first thaw feel overwhelming. We not only offer service during this time of year, but we also strongly recommend it to help keep your yard clean and manageable year-round.
  • Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured to provide you with peace of mind when you hire our services. Our coverage includes liability insurance through PCI Insurance. We take great care when servicing your property and belongings, but in the unlikely event of an accident, you can feel confident knowing you are protected. If you've been looking for a dependable dog poop scooper, contact our team today!
  • What do you with the dog poop after its scooped?

We offer two options. Option 1 is the most popular choice. We double bag the waste in durable, leak-resistant bags and place it in an outdoor receptacle you provide. There's no additional charge for this service. We use high-quality deodorizing bags with minimal instances of leaking or seepage. Option 2 provides complete removal from your property. For a small additional fee, we bag the waste and remove it entirely, disposing of it in an environmentally responsible manner. Beyond enjoying a clean, waste-free yard, you'll hardly notice we were there.
  • How often do you clean?

We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleanup services. Commercial properties can be serviced multiple times per week if required.
  • Do I need to be home during service?

No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service. Most of our clients are not home when we service their property. As long as we have access to the area, we'll take care of everything for you. We’ll send you a message when we’re on the way and another notification when the service is complete, including a photo showing your gate has been securely closed. This way, you’ll know we arrived, completed the service, and left your yard safe and secure for your pets.
  • Do you service commercial properties?

Yes, we service commercial properties including apartment communities, dog parks, HOAs, and other facilities to maintain clean and sanitary outdoor spaces.
  • What if my dog is in the yard?

For safety reasons, we recommend keeping pets indoors during our service visit. That said, we’re total dog people! If your pup is social, comfortable with us working in the yard, and wants to make a new best friend, we would love to say hello. Just let us know ahead of time so we can ensure a safe, happy visit for everyone.
  • How do you ensure safety and sanitation?

We disinfect our tools and footwear between each property visit to prevent bacteria spread and maintain a safe environment for both pets and people.

  • Do you offer services in the winter?

Yes, we maintain year-round pet waste removal services. Although severe weather conditions may occasionally require minor schedule modifications, we continue our regular service schedule whenever possible. Dog waste accumulates regardless of cold weather, and we remain operational throughout the winter months. If they're still poopin', we're still scoopin'! Without consistent winter service, waste accumulation can become substantial and create an overwhelming cleanup when temperatures rise. We offer service during winter and recommend maintaining it to keep your yard clean and manageable throughout the entire year.
  • Are you insured?

We exercise careful attention when servicing your property and belongings. However, should an accident occur, you have the assurance that proper protection is in place.
